Jasmin is a Partner of the firm and brings a unique combination of legal, accounting, finance and commercial expertise to her practice. Born and raised in Melbourne, she has over a decade of legal experience and has built a career founded upon academic excellence, commercial understanding and practical legal experience.
Jasmin attended Ivanhoe Girls' Grammar School, where she was awarded Dux Prizes in Business Management, Legal Studies, Accounting and Economics. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), combining her passion for law with a strong foundation in commerce and financial management. She then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the Australian National University (ANU) and was admitted to legal practice in Victoria. She has also been registered as a Migration Agent.
Prior to practising law, Jasmin worked within one of Australia's leading accounting and advisory firms in audit and financial compliance, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, business operations, risk management and corporate governance. She has also been a Registered Practising Accountant with the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and has extensive experience in finance, lending, taxation and real estate transactions.
Throughout her legal career, Jasmin has practised in both suburban and Melbourne CBD law firms, acting for individuals, businesses, developers, investors and corporate clients. She has worked extensively as a commercial litigator and has held senior leadership positions, including managing legal teams and heading property and conveyancing divisions.
Jasmin practises across a broad range of legal areas, including commercial litigation, property law, family law, deceased estates, estate disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, migration law, business transactions and commercial disputes. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to provide clients with practical advice that considers both the legal and commercial implications of every matter. She regularly appears in Courts and Tribunals throughout Victoria and is known for her direct approach, strategic thinking and commitment to achieving practical, cost-effective outcomes.
